Looking for friendly, intelligent self-motivated person to assist senior staff with day-to-day needs in very fast paced office environment. Must have a working knowledge of Microsoft Office, pleasant phone voice, and the ability to accomplish tasks without constant supervision. This is a challenging position in a small company, and only motivated workers who can focus on tasks need apply.

Knowledgeable Fleet Manager with 5 years experience to oversee small fleet of company owned Class A- C trucks and trailers. Needs to have clean MVD record as well as be up-to date on all requirements for Class A CDL. Must be able to pass DOT physical and mandatory drug screening. Manager will not only be responsible for maintance on company equipment, and also be able to locate, pick up, return and contract any rental equipment that might be needed. Willingness to do short over the road trips and overnights will be a bonus. Salary will be negotiated depending on qualifications and experience.

3 years of experience in Corporate/ Hotel audiovisual necessary. Very high paced warehouse positions are available to individuals looking to work for one of the premiere staging companies in the US. Must be self-motivated, need little supervision and ability to stay on task. Hours will be dependent on the volume of business. Nights and weekends will be expected, sometimes with very short notice. Must have clean driving record, ability to lift 100lbs unassisted and over 25 years of age. Expectance driving 18’-26’ box Class C trucks are preferable. Above all, must be able to work in high-pressure deadline driven business.
